It is a great tool to learn to help reduce stress in your daily life.
Spend less time on your phone
Are you tired of having to constantly update your status or Instagram to keep up with what is popular online? Giving up social media entirely is unrealistic but taking steps to reduce your screen time is a good start. Try setting some rules – don’t check your phone after 9pm or don’t use your phone while you eat dinner. Spending less time on your phone and more time enjoying life and being in the moment is a fantastic resolution to focus on as you approach 2020.
If the gym isn’t a realistic goal for you, why not start incorporating exercise into your day! Whether it’s a walk, cycling, dancing or even a couch to 5k, being active is a great way to improve your physical health and fitness! Don’t feel as if you have to spend hours in the gym in order to get fit, instead find activities that work best for you and make them part of your exercise routine.
